Inaugurated in 1984 in Sencelles by the visionary Swedish winegrower Stellan Lundqvist, the Santa Catarina Winery stands as an emblematic Mallorcan destination for events and weddings. Renowned for introducing prestigious French grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Syrah to Mallorca, the winery marked a turning point in local viticulture during the 80s and 90s. After a short break in 2002, the next generation of the Lundqvist family resumed the project in 2014 with renewed impetus, focusing on native and Mediterranean grapes and providing the Son Aloy estate with state-of-the-art facilities.

Since 2020, Santa Catarina has begun an exciting chapter, launching lines of wines that highlight Mallorcan and Mediterranean varieties. The environment, with its vast vineyards and panoramic mountain views, provides an idyllic setting for weddings, inviting attendees to immerse themselves in the island's wine essence.
